  • I can’t thank the Silvaback Fitness team enough for keeping me motivated, fit and healthy during these difficult times. Not only was I able to work out, I was able to get the whole family involved too which makes it great fun and value for money. As well as the live workouts there are various pre-recorded workouts (of various difficulty levels) to workout whenever’s convenient for yourself. The instructors are all so friendly and able to motivate or correct techniques during these sessions. Live workouts are great for those who enjoy the motivation of an instructor or working out with others. It’s great to be able to work out from the comfort of your own home whether it’s for the pre-recorded or live workouts.

    They offer a variety of classes (HIITS, Yoga, Pilates, Bootcamp, Kettlecise) for all abilities with experienced instructors. As someone who enjoys going to the gym on a regular basis, this has given me the chance to continue working out during the lockdown. I can highly recommend Silvaback fitness.
